ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Retinol Palmitate 5.55 mg, equiv. Vitamin A 3000 microgram retinol equivalents.

NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugar, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

This particular product does not contain herbs.

Directions:

Adults- Take one capsule daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

USAGE ADVICE

Warning: If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do no take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 microgram retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 microgram retinol equivalents for women and 900 microgram retinol equivalents for men.
