Impact of Coronavirus/COVID-19 

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing higher than usual order volumes, as are our delivery partners. While in most instances we are still shipping orders the same day if placed before 11am this may not always be possible. Your parcel may also take longer to be delivered than usual.

Also be aware that our delivery partners may have introduced policies to protect their staff from infection, they may for instance ask you if you are ill when delivering your order and may need to sign on your behalf.

We have suspended in store pickup of online orders at this time.

We are doing our best to keep popular items in stock but some items are currently in short supply and we may not be able to restock them immediately.

We appreciate your understanding in this difficult time.

Shipping

We ship most in stock orders the same day if placed before 11am weekdays (excludes NSW public holidays).

Delivery throughout Australia is free for orders over $125, otherwise $9.95.

City Health delivers Australia-wide. We use a range of carriers powered by the Shippit delivery platform including Couriers Please, Fastway and Australia Post.

In most cases we require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for collection your order may be redirected to a nearby pickup point or you may need to contact the delivery agent to arrange re-delivery. In some cases the carrier may give you the option in advance to redirect or give authority to leave your parcel in a safe place prior to delivery. Please be aware if you request the parcel be left unattended without signature you take responsibility for the delivery and no insurance will apply.

Once shipped you can track your order via online tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you or log into your account for details. Please provide a valid email address and mobile phone number on your order to receive shipping updates.

Store Pickup

Store pickup is currently unavailable.

You're welcome to select Pickup at checkout and collect your order from our Newcastle store (2/146 Hunter St, Newcastle NSW 2300). Please wait for a pickup notification before calling in to collect your order and please bring some ID. For reasons of security orders must be collected by the billed party (credit card holder, Afterpay purchaser, Paypal account holder, etc).

International Deliveries

At this time we are not taking online orders from outside of Australia, for international orders please contact us.
