Each film coated tablet contains : Zinc amino acid chelate 250mg equivalent to zinc 25mg Manganese amino acid chelate 2mg equivalent to manganese 200mcg Magnesium phosphate 150mg equivalent to magnesium 31mg equivalent to phosphorous 26.33mg Chromium nicotinate 250mcg equivalent to chromium 25mcg Retinyl acetate 517.5mcg equivalent to vitamin A 450mcg retinol equivalents Pyridoxine hydrochloride 25mg equivalent to pyridoxine 20.56mg

Dosage Instructions:

Take one tablet daily with food or as directed. Zinc may cause nausea if taken on an empty stomach.

Mandatory cautions:

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents – vitamin A can cause birth defects.

If you are pregnant – or considering becoming pregnant – do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
