Directions: Take 2 hard capsules with water, immediately before food is consumed.

• For children break open the capsule and start with a smaller amount 1/3  – ½ capsule. Mix into liquids such as milk (alternatives), juices or foods like apple puree, yoghurt or squeezy pouches.
