Shipping

Within Australia, orders over $1000 ship free. Orders below $1000 will incur a $10.00 delivery charge.

The charge for overseas shipments will be determined when packing the order and is based on weight and destination. The online shop doesn't not presently calculate this rate, it will be added to your order total.

Prices

All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. Orders shipped outside of Australia will not be charged GST, this price will be displayed when you complete the checkout process. GST on freight, postage and insurance is still applicable. We'll match any advertised price, so if you've seen a better price please let us know.

Returns Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your goods (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to City Health Foods, for any reason, for a full refund (we will also refund the freight cost if the return is because of our mistake):

* Any unopened product in its original condition with original packaging and accessories. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from City Health Foods.

Refunds

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Did you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate?

If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order at City Health Foods. This does not apply if the promotion has expired.
